About your coach

I know what it feels like to lose the thread of yourself.

I'm Dr. Kat. I have grown through many transitions in life, both personally and professionally. I know how to help you through this — both from my education and my own personal experiences.

Your coach

You don't have to figure this out alone.

If you're here, something in your life is shifting — or has already shifted in ways you didn't expect. Maybe it feels disorienting. Maybe you're grieving something even as you're reaching for something new. Whatever brought you to this moment, I want you to know: what you're feeling makes complete sense.

Transitions — whether chosen or not — have a way of asking us the deepest questions. Who am I now? What do I actually want? What comes next? These aren't questions you need to answer alone, and they're rarely answered in a hurry.

I've walked through many transitions myself, both personally and professionally. That lived experience, alongside over 15 years of education and training, is what I bring into every session. I understand this terrain — not just from the outside, but from the inside.

My role isn't to hand you a roadmap. It's to walk alongside you as you find your own — with honesty, warmth, and a deep belief in your capacity to grow, even here, even now.

What I believe

Slowness is not weakness.

In a world that rewards speed, I believe the most important work happens in the pause. We slow down to hear what's true.

You are not broken.

Transition is disorienting, not a diagnosis. You don't need to be fixed — you need to be witnessed and supported.

Grief and growth live together.

You can mourn what you're leaving behind and still move forward. Both are necessary. Both are honored here.

The answers are already in you.

My role is not to tell you what to do. It's to ask the questions that help you hear yourself more clearly.

Ready to begin?

I'd love to meet you. A discovery call is free, unhurried, and completely without pressure — just a conversation to see if we're the right fit.
